For 30 years, Bisco Property Management served property owners and residents throughout the Oxford Hills region. In 2026, the company entered a new chapter under local ownership and became Fiddlehead Property Management.
Although our name is new, our roots are firmly established in the Norway community. Fiddlehead was created with a simple goal: to build on the company’s long history while bringing a renewed vision and level of care to property management in our area. As a local- and veteran-owned and operated company, we’re invested in the same communities we serve and we’re committed to taking pride in the properties we manage so our owners and residents know and feel that they’re in good hands.
